If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week after the receipt of the product for us to issue a refund and return your product/service.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

  • Take a video of the parcel while unboxing it. If there are problems with the product, pls take a closer video showing the problem. Also please take some pictures to support the problem evidence.

We give a Full refund for items plus shipping fee but tax-excluded or item replacement free of shipping fee charged, but tax excluded if it happened that you received your items either in COD or Online purchase in these conditions:

We give No Refunds If any of the following are the reasons of buyer:

  • Not effective after a short or long term use
  • Not satisfied with the products
  • Results are NOT the same as with the feedbacks of some consumers

Shipping

Tin’s Organics is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return. While product replacement shipped to the buyer is free of charge.
